This service is provided for Lockheed Martin business purposes only to support collaboration between Lockheed Martin UK and its approved small to medium enterprise suppliers.

Accessing the Service

The service must not be accessed:

1. from public computers or kiosks
2. in open or public areas such as cafés or airports
3. where bystanders can observe the information
4. from personal devices except where used as a formally approved company BYOD scheme

Logon credentials are provided for individual use – they must not be shared or disclosed to others.

Data types and Sensitive Information Labelling

The service must only be used for the following data types:

1. Unrestricted/non-sensitive data
2. Lockheed Martin Proprietary Information
3. Third Party proprietary information
4. Personal Data limited to business contact information only

Documents containing sensitive information must be appropriately labelled.

The service must not be used for any other information types or classification including, but not limited to:

1. Government Classified data including HMG OFFICIAL and OFFICIAL-SENSITIVE
2. Export controlled data
3. Personal data except for business contact details

Incident Reporting

Report incidents immediately to support@zivio.com.

Reportable Incidents include:

1. Service failures, faolts, flaws or anomalous behaviour
2. Unauthorised access to, alteration or deletion of information
3. Uploading or detection of unapproved data type
4. Loss or disclosure of credentials
